The Egyptian Football Association decided in an official statement today, Thursday, to extend the suspension of sports activity until the end of May.

The statement, which was published today on his account on the social networking site (Facebook), said, "Based on the decisions issued by the Egyptian Prime Minister to continuously impose a ban on the movement of citizens and the reduction of large gatherings, the Egyptian Football Association decided to extend the suspension of game activity as of mid-May 2020. For another 15 days, the decision applies to all grades of local competitions and all ages.

The Egyptian Football Association has extended the suspension of game activity for 15 days from the end of last April to the middle of this month in line with the decisions of the Egyptian Prime Minister in this regard, which began since the beginning of the campaign to confront the Corona virus last March.

The Egyptian Football Association expressed its hope that these conditions, which the entire world suffers from, will end so that the game can regain its activity again.
